The price has been slashed, the body has got leaner, and the adverts have been splattered across our TV screens for the past week, all in the hope that gamers will once again fall back in love with the PS3. Judging by your reaction though, Sony has some way to go to convince you to upgrade to the latest addition of the PS3 family.
When the announcement was made at GameCom last month, we asked you, the TechReview readers whether you'd be trading in your monolithic beast of a PS3 console for the new PS3 Slim. 68% of you said they would not be upgrading to the Slim and would instead be holding onto their current PS3 console.
It was something of a suprising response considering that when we asked the TechReview readers what they were hoping to see from the E3 gaming expo, 28% of people said they wanted a PS3 Slim over anything else.
So judging from our readers the jury is still out on the Slim. The question is, now that you can actually get your hands on one, is that opinion likely to change? Let us know in the comments below.
